Music on ring

Hello

I want when someone calls to hear a music song or a audio message and then to hear the ring tone.
How can i do this?

HI,

So if someone calls in you want them to hear music on hold and then riniging. You would need to use a DR which ahs both the audio file and ringing tone recorded in one file to mimick what you want set the DR to go to the phone you desire once it has played the audio file.

I've created a wav file and i created the DR but it keep ringing and no sound
Do i have to do something else?

Hi,

If you have forwarded you call to Digital receptionist, and the call is reaching the PBX you should not hear ringing. Can you provide the logs and please use code and /code tags.
