Solved My 3CX Hosted Setup No Longer Running

I have created a 3CX setup which is being hosted by 3CX. After some time not using it, I went to check again and I saw that 3CX setup is no longer running. I did a reboot and saw that I lost everything. It did not even let me to restore any backup file.

Is there any way to restore my 3CX setup?

@Glenn Mula as I can see your Hosted PBX was running in the past and it was stopped at 02/05/2022.
As an admin of this PBX and key owner you had been informed that this will happen via email "3CX | Meeting your active use requirements"
Today as I can see you clicked the Install Button and you have installed the PBX from Scratch.
We can do this and restore your Backup from 02/05/2022 which was the last backup you had before machine was delted.
Open a ticket please and we will sort this out for you.

Dear 3CX Support,

The only email that I had received according to your reference was in 17/03/2022. I was informed that my 3CX setup will be parked. Which eventually I was able to unpark the 3CX setup after a month or so and kept using it. However, after some time I no longer have that option.

I also did not receive any email from your end on 02/05/2022 informing that the 3CX setup will be stopped..

In order to open a support ticket, will this be charged? If not, can you please guide me where I can open a support ticket?
