Solved My 3CX service suddenly went down...

I went to check on my package, and everything is off-line.
This is hosted by 3CX.

Please ignore! I found out my package was "Parked". I unparked it and now it is working. Weird.

Glad that you were able to restore your instance.
Have in mind that you will need to fulfill the criteria that are used in Trial Keys in order for your Hosting Machine to be up and running:

If you wish to keep your machine out of these criteria, upgrade your key from Trial to Pro or Enterprise and for the first year Hosting will be Free.

Also after the first year, you will need to enable Hosting with 3cx on your key via your customer portal. You may find all information here: https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/hosted-info/
