My Exp50 side car lost all its spped dial numbers?

We have a Yealink with an exp50 sidecar and last week when we updated our 3cx it lost all of its programming/ speed dial numbers. If I go into the Phone UI and edit the sidecar, the numbers programmed are all in there but greyed out. Is there a way to recover all of these numbers and not have to re-enter them? Thanks

Did you enter the speed dial, via the phone web frontend ?

if so, this is not the way to do it, as the phone will provision itself every 24 hrs and wipe out any settings that you have entered manually

You should setup the keys, under BLF.for the extension within the 3CX management console.
