My Fanvil phone rings itself. 3cx 16.0.7 my extension calls itself several times a day when I pick up the silence on the handset. I don't know what happened so far everything was ok. Help

Does the 3CX Activity Log show the PBX actually routing a call to the set, or, could this be a Direct SIP call? What shows on the caller ID? Is it only your set affected? Are other sets, of the same make/model/firmware used on the system?
