Solved My first version upgrade, help :)

So we are on V15.5 and need to move to 16. I have performed a restore point in Windows 10, a 3cx backup, but wanted to get some guidance on the new install as this requires the uninistall and I have not had to do one yet. Thank you.

THANK you for that document. The upgrade was a cinch with that. I cannot seem to get my andoid phone to accept calls, or rather, notify me a call is inbound via the app. I have enabled push notifications. I can use the phone to call out. I do NOT see the Android phone in the phone list like my iPad and Windows phones.

So I reapplied the firebrand project and it is working again
