My isntance has been disable but our devices are still connected.

last week i got a message saying i need to login again to keep my instance, we have to loged in devices.
so i was not in a hurry, and was away anyhow.

now instance is gone but our devices are still working.

how can I restore my instace?

You need to login to your SMB instance every few month to keep it active. If your instance isnt avaiable anymore its gone. Do you still see your login? Can you still login to your webclient?

But 3 day's warning, this is really hard, i was during holliday season and on a weekend.
