My microphone is disabled how can I trouble shoot

Hi I have installed 3cx phone

I have a sound max digital audio card

My mike is disabled even if I select the default ou the sond max the res cross shows. Any knows how to solve

Or just the 3CX Phone?

just 3x phone. I am able to record in windows recorder

i call using 3cx pbx and inphonex
