Hello,
We have set up the Outbound Caller-ID field at each extension. We have two SIP trunks from different providers.
The first provider requires the format of my Outbound Caller-ID to be like:
Country code without 00 or + sign followed by the area code and the phone number. For example 302310123456
While the second provider:
Country code with + sign followed by the area code and the phone number. For example +302310123456

I would like to ask, is there any way to slightly change my caller-ID for each trunk to follow the provider's requirements?

Thank you very much for your time.

You should be able to use the Outbound Caller ID manipulation on the SIP trunk.

For example, set all your CIDs without the +, then on the trunk that requires it, add a manipulation rule:

Pattern : (.*)
Replace : +\1

This way, the + should be added automatically. Be sure to set your DIDs with the + tho.

Thank you very much!
