Since last Thursday my console of 3cx pabx is down https://sansix.3cx.com.br, I'm using a free version during 1 year and will expire 30/03, but I can't access to solved the problem.
My company is without telephone system and I realy don't know what to do.
I'm using google as free host to 3cx.

Regards,
Lucas

For a start an nslookup states: "can't find sansix.3cx.com.br: Non-existent domain " probably worth looking at your FQDN for a start or simply re-installing your PBX.

I would hope you have taken a config backup ?

How can I check my FQDN because the service is from 3cx?

About backup, I just have a internal backup from 20/03, as e-mail from automacly system;

"A backup of your PBX at sansix.3cx.com.br has been successfully completed. No further action is required.
Backup name: 3CXScheduledBackup.zip
Backup Path: /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Backups/3CXScheduledBackup.zip

For more information about automatic backups and restore settings visit this URL:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/pbx-backup-restore-failover/"

I think this is bad because if the VM is down I can't get the backup, right?

nslookup yourfqdn.3cx.co.uk
In a cmd tab in Windows.

This will tell you whether your FQDN is currently publically resolving which it isn't as far as I can see.

I check, but look: UnKnown não encontrou sansix.3cx.com.br: Non-existent domain.

And I don't have acess to adjust this, because is inside 3cx domain.

:(

More options?

Regards
Lucas

Exactly my point, so you may as well re-create (if you have a backup) or contact 3CX and ask.

Hi,
is your google vm always running? do you have access on it ? try to make a copy from a previous 3cx backup located in /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Backups/3CXScheduledBackup.zip

We had a lot of "free" Google accounts forget that after a year they want your credit card and have this happen. Did your google expire?

cloud.google.com > select project > compute engine > external ip > etc etc

browse to that ip https://etcetc:5001 ignore the cert error.

I Can't found the instances on my google account, is empty. I have 2 google accounts and both don't have any item about 3CX machines.

If it was setup in your own account then it was definitely not deleted by 3CX as they don't have access nor manage your Google account.

If it was a 3CX hosted instance (hosted under 3CX account and which was valid for 1 year) it was most probably deleted after expiration.

If the machine is accessible via IP but not via the domain maybe it has something to do with the maintenance (even though afaik it doesn't).

Did you accidentally unlink the domain from your Customer Portal account? Can you access it via the IP?

If I were you I would just create another account and use the same domain and then restore from backup. It will take 15-20 minutes to get everything up and running...

It was probably hosted using 3cx account, but the expiration date was only 30/03/2019, so should not I have stopped or deleted the machine yet?
How do I access 3CX direct support?

The instance could have been deleted prior due to inactivity. Please send me a p.m. with your licence key so we can look into the issue
