Good morning, I need clarification. To avoid canceling the free account, which portal is required to log in once a month? Also, is it sufficient to have just the administrator profile, or do all users need to log in once a month? Thanks.

Sorry I just want to clarify this (and preferably have a 3CX staff member clarify). Are you saying that 3CX Free will delete itself unless someone logs in via the web client? As in, making/receiving phone calls on a desk phone is not enough for the 3CX Free tenant to be considered "Active"?

As mentioned earlier in this thread, an SMB Free system should be logged into via the web interface at least once a month to ensure it remains active.
