MyPhone can't call

I can't use MyPhone to create calls, return calls, or play VM on phone.

However it can create a conference call no problem...I've tried with 2 extensions and 1 external number it seemed to work just fine for everyone.

Seems like if it can do a conference call the rest would be just as simple.

All phones are configured as remote extensions.

What is the setting in the bottom left corner of the MyPhone screen set to?

There is nothing in the bottom left corner.

If I try to play a vm on phone, my phone will light up briefly saying

Then it will go back to ready after about 2 seconds.

Ah - so you are not on v11?
Sorry - can't help you much as I was never on v10 or prior.
