MyPhone disconnect & not remembering.

I'm having a couple of problems with MyPhone.

The first one is, it does not remember you, even when you click the 'remember me' check box.

Secondly, if you leave it sit for a while (couple of hours) I find that all the extentions disappear & you have to log out & in for them to reappear.

Running 3CX on Win Server 2008R2
Running MyPhone on Win7 Ultimate

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi,

As for remember me if you exit application - by clicking on the exit button - when you reopen my phone, remember me is triggered.

If you log out and exit application - yes when reopening myphone you need to add the extensions number and pin.

As for disappearing of extension can you send me the logs from server side and client side.
Server - C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Logs\3CXMyPhoneWeb.log
Client - C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\3CX MyPhone

Also when you are collecting this information , we have published RC2, please install this version and check if you can still reproduce.

If yes I will need you to do the following:

>Right click on my phone, select silver light, Application storage and delete all.
>You will also need to restart the web server so I will have clean logs.
>Connect your my phone and reproduce.

When done, send them to me.

Try with latest version. This is RC1. We made changes to remember me. Thanks

I have emailed the logs as the issue with losing connection/reporting of extentions is still apparent but the remember me feature seems to be ok so far.

What other problem did u experience? Also about remember me when u uninstal 3cx, the rem me cookie is lost. Asp.net standard procedure.
