I have myphone on a 2008R2 terminal server with about 20 users. Myphone (sllauncher.exe) seems to be taking up a combined lot of cpu use. each instance taking 5%ish with higher spikes. This is way more than any other program we run. Outlook, IE, Firefox, pidgen. It doesnt use much memory comparitively but the cpu is bogging down the server. If more than 10 users on logged in to the server with myphone running it gets painful. Its a Dual quad core Xeon on VMware with 32gigs of ram. Hmm just typing this gave me an idea. I can assign more procs to this guest and see if that helps.
regardless, why is it such a hog and can it be tamed in any way?

update to SP3 and see how that works.

Thanks,
Nate

where would one find that?
side note: added 2 addittional cores to the guest has dropped the cpu from 100% down to 40%.

SP3 is in the the 3cx updates/service packs options in the admin screens.
