3cx V11 , i want change tone when i place a call via CalldeskPhone Using Intercom .
Sorry i want manage this tone without modify General Music on Hold

As far as I understand this is not currently possible. Since this is not TAPI control of the phone the way makecall works is basically the phone system calling you then conferencing in the called party....thus placing you on hold.
