Hello all!
We have a problem with MyPhone V11. Some of us do not shut down their PCs, but hibernate them overnight. When the PCs are brought back the following happens with MyPhone:
-- the interface is responsive, which makes you think that you are successfully logged in
-- even the clock shows the correct time
-- however the status of the extensions is frozen: who was available remains available, even if not, and if someone was on a call when the PC was hibernated, the call is reported to be still in progress (and maybe lasting for 10 hours or so...)
My question: is it possible to make MyPhone "refresh" its connection to the server after a PC is resumed from hibernation, without having to exit MyPhone and restart it?
Thank you very much in advance for your help!
