MyPhone - "not responding"

Hello all,

i have following question:

We use Windows XP S3 with 3CX Phone and 3CX Myphone (V10 SP2).

On some computers sometimes the MyPhone is not responding any more. After some time windows is writting "not responding". You can start the application again - then it is opened twice.

I don't know when this exactly happens - i only was informed by users.


Can someone tell me how to solve this problem.
