Mysterious backup from 3CX

Hello,

We receive a notification every day about a backup from 3CX :

A backup of your PBX at **.3cx.fr has been successfully completed. No further action is required.

Backup name: backuptest.zip
Backup Path: /root/backup/backuptest.zip

From the 3CX we have the automatic backup enabled, but this one have a different name than "backuptest" and the location reach a FTP public address, not the local path (root/backup) mentioned in the mail.


...any ideas ?

Do you have another system with the same admin email address ?

Do you have multiply schedule backups on this server

check the local path of your machine to see if this backup exists. if not then the backup is likely happening on some other machine
