nat port 5060

hello, i have installed 3CX Phone System v14 on a windows server 2012 r2 with a firewall pfsense. I have a problem when I go to do the firewall checker because I failed to Port 5060 while the others are all open. The strange thing is that there is a nat and the rule on the firewall for the port 5060

Could there be, or could there have been, another SIP device set to use that port? Are you using a router that was supplied by a provider that also offers a VoIP service?
