I am just starting with 3CX. I can see how you set international call rates by country but how do you set call rates (particularly national rates and mobile rates) for calls made within the UK? Maybe I am missing something but I just don't see how to do this?

You would have to set the rates based on the prefixes used for mobile calls. Unfortunately rates can vary from one provider to another, which can mean a lot of entries. Landline numbers can also be ported to mobiles, and vice versa, and, mobile numbers from one provider to another, so the number/prefix alone isn't a guarantee of what you will actually pay for that call.

Within 3CX management console - Reports - click on '$ Call Costs'

Enter the required data using prefix as it what are the call costs - for example

all UK mobile are start with 07 , so you would create a Call Cost with prefix 07.
UK national rates would be 01 and 02
