Native Fax to Email broken

I somehow managed to break the native fax to mail functionality after registering a Dialogic Brooktrout SR140 as the 888 fax extension.
Now, after I disconnected it (it wasn't working, the call wolud hang up), every time I send a fax, I get a sip 480 by 3cx 888 with contact on [email protected] and the call hangs up.
I already tried rebooting. It was working before.

Any way to reset the fax to default?
How can I fix it without reinstalling?

Honestly I think taking a backup now, and then uninstalling/reinstalling is your best bet. Save a backup from before as well. And did the internal fax ever work?
