Need a complete listing of all DR recordings and what extension/users they are associated with

I am replacing all of my Digital Receptionist recordings that were recorded with a commercial company that requires royalties for "broadcasting" a DR prompt to a one-time paid commercial royalty free system. I need to find all instances of the original recordings so that I can replace them with the royalty-free ones.. Is there a way to generate a report or at least list each extension with where the DR recording resides?

Hello.

There is no report that will show you the path location and the custom prompts for the DR you use, however here is the path where your files should be :
Linux OS: /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Ivr/Prompts
Windows OS: C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Ivr\Prompts
