Need custom rights !!!

Hi Team,

For some case we need to have custom roles like v18 (barging, reporting, listen, manage department).

There are not enough possibilities, we cant set a user as a manager or system administrator just to barge in a training or to manage queue for e departement.

I hope you will implement that because we need it.

Thank you for the feedback but keep in mind that ideas are posted separately and can only be posted by the users with Platinum and above status.

You will be able to configure bargin and whisper at users level in update 3. Managning a queue settings requires manager or above....
