Standard license on hosted 3CX. 7 days ago I received my last email from 3CX. When logging into the portal and going to Settings -> Email I have "3CX SMTP Server" and it is greyed out (which I read is normal for Standard license). It has always worked fine so there is no problem there. Only option available is the 'Test' button and when I click it it shows a green checkbox and says 'Mail Sent'. There is no other information on the screen or in the logs. However, I stopped receiving the email at the Gmail account it sends email to (and yes I checked all my folders including spam). Without any configuration options or logs I am not sure how to troubleshoot and 3CX provides no way to contact them to see what they are seeing on the SMTP server. Any help would be appreciated as to why it stopped working...

P.S. I have it set up for automatic upgrades so maybe that is what caused it since there have been no other changes since it was working a week ago, but still need to find out how to fix.

Matt

Hello Matt,

If you are getting a "Mail Sent" message when clicking the test button than means that the PBX was able to send the email and get an answer back.
Are you able to send an email to a different email address of a different domain? If you are then i would recommend contacting out customer support department using the form below so we can further look into the issue and see if there is something we can see from our side. https://www.3cx.com/company/contact/

Yes, using a different email at a different domain does work. Thanks.

YianisH_3CX,

I am unable to contact customer support from the form you linked to. It says my message is rejected because technical support cannot be provided through that channel... recommendations?

Matt
