Need help with getting lifter to go back down when a call is transferred

I have a user with a plantatronics CS530 and a standard yealink phone. She uses 3cx for all calls. When she transfers a call the lifter does not go back down and I was wondering if there was a way to do this. The lifter also does not go back down if a call is ended through 3CX. It only goes back down when pressing a button on the headset itself.
