i have a server on which i have set SCB but at mother places where phones are on different network this scb does not work, can anyone help me to make my current scb to a public pcb which i can use on any of my device.

The SBC is tasked with creating a secure connection from a remote network back to the PBX. Think of it as our own VPN. So if the beginning of the secure pipeline is in a different network, its not going to work. It needs to be in the same network as the phones, to get their data and tunnel it back to the PBX.
