Need respond SMS within 3CX apps

I need to be able to respond to SMS within the 3CX app is this possible?

It is not currently supported directly in 3CX. However, you could, for example, build a slide-out panel for 3CX Phone for Windows and create an interface for sending and receiving SMS. I was just tinkering with this today.
