Need Solution for ring group second lines on V18

I need to know if anybody have a solution on reception ring group on second line for new v18

Do you mean adding a second line appearance to a receptionists set, or... exactly what?

On v16 ,i can change the config allowacceptcall to 1.On v18 i dont see this feature.My customer receive the inbound call on ring group with 4 phones.When the reception receive the first call , she cant take the second call if the first is always on.Only on different phones on the ring group.

This has been a bit of an issue for a long time, with "3CX discouraged" methods to get around the restriction. (accept multiple calls on a ring group member set). If 3CX has removed an option, then it may simply be them closing a loophole, that should not have been there in the first place..

This is not a supported function.

- You can either use a combination of call queues and shared parking

- Or you can skip the ring group, and assign all 4 users the same extension. Enable multiple calls on the extension and send all your calls there
