Need the TimeWarner Cable template for V20

We are using time warner cable as our VoIP provider. Since we upgraded to version V20 that is no longer available, and every time i need to go look at the trunk we are taken back to the main 3CX page. I need to edit some settings for the trunks. I was advised to delete it an re-create as a generic SIP trunk but we have some DIDs there that are not documented. If possible can someone send me the template from v18. the file name should be timewarnercable.pv.xml and it is located in program data\3cx\ folder.

Hi Stefan D.

You could try the following:

Make a backup of the 3CX server, no recordings, no compression, no encryption.
Get the file local to the PC and open zip file, extract the .xml file and open this in notepad (or any text editor of choice).

Try to find the SIP trunk details, all DID information should be there.
