Need to Configure Emergency 988 Dialing for 3CX

Hi

I have Emergency numbers(911 and 988) configured under Settings >> General >> Emergency Numbers. The 911 Emergency number is working fine however when I try to dial 988 Emergency it says "Call couldn't be established contact Administrator". This is very urgent requirement for us.

Assuming the Route is valid on that entry...if you enable verbose logging does the Activity log show anything useful?

You said you need to configure 988 Dialing which it looks like you did. Have you asked whoever is providing your dial tone if 988 is supposed to be working? It's not nationally available yet. But if it's very urgent requirement then I recommend reaching out to a 3CX partner for assistance.

The activity Log will show if the call is being sent to your provider, and if it is, then they are the one generating the message you receive, indicating that they cannot route that number..
