Need XML Template for Connectwise PSA Integration

Somehow while I was configuring the integration I must have accidentally clicked delete template and I no longer see it in the list. Where can I download the Connectwise Integration XML Template?

Hi N2MBacon, Typically, the template can be obtained from another 3CX system by navigating to the following directory (for Linux installations): /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Templates/crm/.

You can then import it back from the Admin Console, under Integrations> CRM section.

Also, you can see the standard templates from System > Updates, once you delete them.
