I do have outbound sip detail its green everything itsgood its rings even the prefix 001 the problem is after rings its says `Not available no route` and when i use same format [email protected] pw its connect SIP UDP 5060 and its works correctly

The operator require call number with prefix so 001NUMBER need to be dialed.

Its works correctly on zoiper but doesnt work in 3cx its says sometimes Connection timeout 408 but its not make sense because its already green connection working 10/10 on zoiper. call reach but on 3cx doesnt reach.

Please help me asap.

Try to disable E164 processing in the system options.

it is disabled already






we are making call zoiper3cx its making call without issue only we have issue with 3cx calls doesnt reach

If you have access to the 3CX Activity Log (verbose), it will show you if the call is trying to use the route you expect it to, and/or exactly what is happening. It will also show if the call is being sent to your provider, but being rejected. Outbound rules are read top down, so, if there is another rule above that is a match for the dialed number, then that one will be used.
