Hello, I'm needing an install copy of the 3CX Phone for Windows version 16.3.0.264. At this time only the older version 16.3.0.111 is available from the 3CX support site, but it has some bugs that were corrected with the newest version 16.3.0.264. And since all updates were automatic thought the 3CX server, we don't have a stand alone install for this versions.
We are needing this update because after we updated our 3CX server to 18.0 Update 7 Build 312, this created a new problem. Our now updated 3CX server will no longer update any new PC installs from version 16.3.0.111 to 16.3.0.264. And we have not found any way to manually push these updates from the 3CX server.
We have tired the newest 3CX Phone for Windows version 18 but, this version has several lacking features that only version 16 offer at this time.
I have already tried opening a support ticket with 3CX regarding this, but they said they no longer have a copy of version 16.3.0.264 and only have the older 16.3.0.111 files at this time. Since the install file is less than 20 MB in size I was shocked to learn this.
