hi

we get the NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID message from any internet browser even the 3cx maintence will end mid 2019.
in fact the reported certificate expiration date october 2018.
we are using a 3cx managed domain.
is the certificate expiration date linked to maintenance contract?

thx

The certificate is a LE cert which is valid for 90 days and can be renewed when there is 30 days or less till the renewal. It has nothing to do with your 3CX maintenance date although you need to have current maintenance. You should have been getting alert emails if the certificate registration has been failing. I'd make sure your instance is up to date (Update 6) and reboot it and hopefully the renewal will process correctly at 1am local time or whenever the automatic processing runs.

Hello @[email protected]

For the certificate to be automatically renewed you need to have a valid maintenance however as @cobaltit mentioned the certificates are valid for 90 days and will try auto renew when the expiration date is near. At that point you should get an email if the attempt fails.
Make sure that you are running the latest version of 3CX (15.5.15502.6) and that your phone system is running during the night.
