Hi

This might be a long shot but I'm trying to workout if this is possible, I don't believe it is but here goes.

We have a Paxton Intercom that works with our 3CX system, this is programmed to ring certain extensions, once they pickup the phone and have a discussion they can open the door by pressing the number 1 key.
With the current climate we often have people answering the door who are working from home or are not in the office, in this instance, we have it set so that when their extension is called it rings their mobile number simultaniously, when the person answers the door on their mobile phone they can chat with the person at the door but they can't press the number 1 key to open the door.

I'm not entirely sure it's possible as it seems that the call is then forwarded out of 3cx and is no way for the mobile phone to pass the input of 1 back to the pbx. Am I Right, is there a way around this? Any help I would be grateful.

Thanks.

Thanks Chris

So if it was to forward the call to an extension that dialled the mobile straight away it should work?

Yes, just to clarify, I was referring to the forwarding rules in "Extensions >> Forwarding rules". If for instance you set the Available profile status to forward the call to an external number(e.g user's mobile number) after let's say 20 seconds. The users mobile number will ring with a GSM/Cellular call and he/she should then be able to send a DTMF code that will open the gate.
