After upgrading a 3CX Pro System to V20, we apparently have run into some server network issues. The Firewall checker is returning a couple of errors and we cannot get the SIP Trunk to register. In fact, our SIP trunk provider is not even seeing the request to register. I have sent a ticket into 3CX, but who knows when they might look into to issue.

Has anyone experienced this? What did you do? Thinking to get the customer back up, we just spin up a new instance and restore from backup...easier said than done!

What errors are returned? If you search the forum (and internet) for those errors, what comes up?

Yes a backup and restore is likely to be easier than troubleshooting.

As requested by Voxtelesys above, what errors do you see on firewall checker, from a 3cx hosted system, please.

Ports are opened correctly from our side with 3cx hosting so this should not be an issue, unless this is not a system that is hosted by 3cx, that you are inquiring about.

In which case you need to check your firewall and ensure all required ports are open.

We have resolved this. When V20 upgraded on a 3CX hosted server, something went wrong with the upgrade process. The fix was 3CX would need to migrate the instance to a new server...We ended up setting up a self hosted light sail server so that we now have full control.
