New 3CX MYphone install - MyPhone will NOT Register.

I've tried on multiple systems and get the same result.

3CX Phone v11 sp4

installing myphone client via mypbx:5000/myphone and everything appears to sail through with no problem. The softphone simply wont register. User status and queue status gets updated on the pbx but still wont register.

I installed x-lite, used the same settings, and it registered right away.

Any ideas?

MyPhone application is not registering the extension, it is not sip softphone, download 3cx softphone:
