Will we have v18 recertifications? I think various things have been implemented and we need to renew our knowledge

Hi @lmb,

3CX doesn't have an expiry on the certifications so anyone who certifies on Version 16 will still be certified on Version 18.

The major change in version 18 is the introduction of the Microsoft Teams integration, but this is not part of the 3CX Academy, so will not be affected.

We have implemented all the changes in Version 18 in the 3CX Academy slides and videos but this does not affect the certification in any way whatsoever.

I like the new 3CX Partner Portal, it is great looking, and lots of improvements.

One thing I´m missing is, the Listprice for the current subscription, directly on the frontpage of the Subscription page, to quickly be able to give a price for the customer.

Else, is is looking perfect, thank you
