@nicojmb2 we are still waiting from Yealink to provide us with the necessary library.

Can this be escalated? Yealink was the preferred and recommended headset. 3CX V20 is there now for 3-4 month and still yeahlink headsets, that have been working before are not working now.

Is there a ETA? What can I tell my customers abou that?

Ofcourse it has been escalated. We have been in contact with them but are still awaiting fixes in the SDK

@OpIT GmbH this is not available in the softphone due to MS policies not allowing for such functionality.
Our recommendation here is to use click2call for web.

There are people for whom this function is essential, what is your recommendation here? Click2Call is not an option.
It would at least be worth considering releasing the v20 app outside of Microsoft Store with this functionality - as .msix and at your own risk? Or somehow offer it as a .dll extension. Then everyone would be happy.

OK since the Yealink headset integration still not available on the Windows App, we try to use the PWA app instead.
Is there a way with the PWA app to pop on top of all other apps when the phone is ringing?

Hope you can help. We have a client that is about to upgrade to v20, and with a lot of agents, they would like to minimize the work needed to install the new Windows Phone so will it, e.g. by a parameter, be possible to run the installation and avoid answering step 5 in the below during the installation, so they can roll out the new SoftPhone, it would really help them a lot on monday.:

Steps to Install

1.
Accept the responsibility to monitor 3cx.com for updates and to deploy updates to systems within hours if need be.

2.
Download the 3CX Softphone MSIX from here.

3.
You need to have the Windows AppRuntime 1.4 installed, which can be found here.Otherwise, installation will fail with “Installer failed to install package dependencies.”

4.
Run the MSIX and click on install.

5.
Accept the EULA.

6.
Monitor blogs of 3CX.com on a daily basis and install updates system-wide if need be.
