I've been playing around with it and I have it working in Chrome and Firefox, I am currently testing the generic web site version and have even goto it to work with queues. The biggest problem I had was making sure I had either the user name or the queue names correctly capitilised and the agents were logged into the queue. Also took time to realise my server FQDN and SSL certs all had to match up as I was using the internal IP of the servr and getting CSOR problems.

If it is not popping up a window then it's not finding the extension/queue.

Now it would be good if I could find a way to feed text from a chatbot into the chat sessions.
