Hello,

Following the firmware upgrade (1.8.0) of Fanvil X5s, we encounter problems during supervised transfers (atendee transfer).
Indeed, often, but not every time, when a person makes a atendee transfer to another extension, the call is transferred but the Fanvil phone does not hang up and the screen displays "Please hang off" (see screenshot in French)... The solution is to pick up and hang up the handset again.

We did a lot of tests, with the firmware version 1.4.4.2 no problem, atendee transfers work fine but with version 1.8.0 (and with unofficial version 1.8.1) the problem occurs several times a day ...
I tried with another X5s : same problem with firmware 1.8.0...
I tried with a Fanvil X6 (firmware 1.8.0 too) and I don't have any problem.
I think the problem is ONLY with Fanvil X5s and firmware > 1.8.0...
FYI, the Fanvil X5s is configured very simply and does not have any headset connected.
Would you be aware of this problem or do you have a track to solve this issue ?

Hello @Bruno PELZER - CELEM

I tried to replicate the issue with the model and firmware you are using but i could not. Can you please specify the version of the PBX you are running and if the phones are local or remote. If remote are you using SBC or STUN?
Also can you briefly describe the procedure you are using to perform an attended transfer?

Version 3CX : Linux Entreprise 15.5.15502.6
Latest official Fanvil.ph.xml template : 80503
Phone Fanvil X5s firmware 1.8.0, factory reset, no VLAN, no headset, PnP provisioned in local LAN (no SBC, no STUN)...
Phone provisionning settings are set as default except :
  1. Language = French
  2. Date Format = MON 15 JAN
  3. Select transfer method used (Blind or Attended) when you press a DSS key = Attended/consultative transfer
  4. Custom logo from our company
If the phone rings, I hang up, I call and I push on TRANSFER button, I dial the extension to transfer, I explain that I'll transfer the call and I push again on TRANSFER button, the call is transfered but when I put the handset back on the phone the screen "Please hang off" is still there until I pick up and put the handset back on the phone... If I do not pick up and put the handset back on the phone, the screen "Please hang off" stays and the phone is not able to recieve new calls...
