I imported around 300 users today. I used the MAC_0, PhoneModel14, and PhoneTemplate14 fields populated with all the correct information. When we power up the phones they don't automatically assign to the users. We still have to manually add them.
As a side note we don't have any codecs on our extensions that were just imported. Is this normal? Is there a way to add them without going to each user?
