@JMG
- next release will have the call-waiting sound (beep) fixed
- the ABC-PARIS is iOS device contact or is a PBX extension/private/company one? We we're not able to replicate this issue.
Thanks

Thank you.
The ABC-PARIS (this is an example, not the real name) is a PBX company contact. Searching from 3CX app.

Dear Team,
Just realized that, when someone is transfering an external call to me (example Front Desk), when the transfer is done, there is no alert that it is transfered and the caller number/name remains from who you get the transfer from (Front Desk).
Hope this can help.

Have you checked the "Supports re-invite" in your extension settings?

Hi Vali,

I have sent a couple of testflight crashdumps to you. If I try to call an extension from the status tab, the app crashes immediately. Reproducible every time. If I open the information screen for an extension on the status tab first, subsequent calls to any extension from the status tab are fine.

Good to see the attention indicator on the menu warning of a voicemail - but it's going to be very easily overlooked. Is there no possibility of returning to the old envelope icon? To be honest, the envelope MWI is probably more useful to most than the (I assume) encrypted call icon..?

I'll use the testflight iOS exclusively now that the MWI in some form is back - I'll send testflight reports of any issues.

Thanks for all your efforts!

Confirmed, thanks for spotting it!

If you are looking for a contact nammed ABC-PARIS you are searching on the directory with PARIS, it does not point you anymore to ABC-PARIS but shows no result.
In the previous version it was not the case.
Confirmed - we'll look into this, it's a PBX behavior, for First/Last name the search rule is "start with", not "containing". Thanks for reporting!

@Vali_3CX thanks for all your hard work. I'm really excited about the improvements we have seen in both the iOS and Android apps.

I am still seeing occasional "one ring" calls on my mobile. Desk phone continues to ring and can be answered. Always outside calls to my DID. I have not been able to replicate it on demand, it's intermittent. Happy to create a support case and gather logs if that helps.

Hi Team,
Me again. Several versions of iPhones are already offering to use double SIM.
When we want to place a call from 3CX app, it offers to use GSM, but unfortunatelly not which GSM line to be used.
Do you think you could solve this?
Thank you.

This would be a "long shot" - we don't have yet testing iOS devices using double SIM, so some additional feedback from you would be useful in long term: how other 3rd-party (ie, no Apple made) apps are dealing with the double SIM feature? I'm asking specifically about a 3rd-party app because not everything what an Apple-made app can do is provided to a 3rd-party app to do.

Ok, I have unfortunatelly no example to give you.

Not necessarily a voip application - technically its good to know if any network-using application (site news, streaming, YouTube and so on) provides such kind of feature. In my opinion, based on Apple's policy, such feature should be handled somehow similar with current "Cellular data" or "Microphone" privileges you grant in device application's settings.

Indeed, video can only be enabled during call. Also, note that it will not work with H264 devices, only the Webclient and the other 3CX app/softphones. Maybe some devices if they support VP8 but it's rare.
This is really an issue for us. I am working on a big project for IP Doorbells integration (apartment building) however not having h.264 support in the app basically kills it.

same problem

I mean it works with Zoiper... but really? I find offing a "fully unified communications solution" to a customer and then tell them they need to get 3rd party (shitty) software sucks bigtime.

Unless I did a wrong manipulation, I cannot change the statius from the app. I can apparently change the settings of the status but not change from Available to Do Not Disturb.

If I properly understood, then you have to tap the "hyperlink" (blue text)

Understood, it is effectively the solution. Not sure it is the best but this is the solution.
