@JMG
- next release will have the call-waiting sound (beep) fixed
- the ABC-PARIS is iOS device contact or is a PBX extension/private/company one? We we're not able to replicate this issue.
Thanks
Confirmed, thanks for spotting it!Just realized that, when someone is transfering an external call to me (example Front Desk), when the transfer is done, there is no alert that it is transfered and the caller number/name remains from who you get the transfer from (Front Desk).
Hope this can help.
Confirmed - we'll look into this, it's a PBX behavior, for First/Last name the search rule is "start with", not "containing". Thanks for reporting!If you are looking for a contact nammed ABC-PARIS you are searching on the directory with PARIS, it does not point you anymore to ABC-PARIS but shows no result.
In the previous version it was not the case.
This would be a "long shot" - we don't have yet testing iOS devices using double SIM, so some additional feedback from you would be useful in long term: how other 3rd-party (ie, no Apple made) apps are dealing with the double SIM feature? I'm asking specifically about a 3rd-party app because not everything what an Apple-made app can do is provided to a 3rd-party app to do.
This is really an issue for us. I am working on a big project for IP Doorbells integration (apartment building) however not having h.264 support in the app basically kills it.Indeed, video can only be enabled during call. Also, note that it will not work with H264 devices, only the Webclient and the other 3CX app/softphones. Maybe some devices if they support VP8 but it's rare.

If I properly understood, then you have to tap the "hyperlink" (blue text)Unless I did a wrong manipulation, I cannot change the statius from the app. I can apparently change the settings of the status but not change from Available to Do Not Disturb.
Understood, it is effectively the solution. Not sure it is the best but this is the solution.If I properly understood, then you have to tap the "hyperlink" (blue text)
