Solved New License Activation

I just purchased an enterprise license. I do not currently have a 3cx system up and running.

I registered a portal account, and it generated a free license.

I deployed a hosted instance.

How do I use the key I purchased?!

Since the instance is Hosted, open a support ticket with your license key and current IP of the machine. They will take care of swapping it.

@Frederick Marcoux we don’t replace subscriptions at hosted PBXs
Also our friend here doesn’t have an installation yet..

I purchased through a partner, who then emailed me a PDF license.

You reinstall when the license needs changing?

When you click the reinstall button, it says an instance is already running and to manage it, use the portal.

however, this is pretty frustrating.

Please contact your partner in order to transfer the ownership of the purchased key to the email you used to open the portal ( the one you see the Trial key )
