Hi there,

i am not able to copy the new live chat html code! When i press on the higlighted text nothing gets copied and i also cannot see the code as before.

Anybody know a solution?

Regarding your issue, Do you not have a Copy Snippet button on the live chat generators last page?

From your screenshot, I can see this is an SP4 version of the 3cx system for which you first need to configure with the required options and then there are two options in the part you have shown, the first is to copy the URL of the Worpdress plugin and the other is to copy the code for a non WordPress website, which are you trying to copy? and if for a non-WordPress website, press 'copy the HTML code' and past it into a notepad, does the code appear?
