new SBC not being updated

I have installed the new SBC on a Win 2012r2 host, but the update to .latest via the console just doesn't seem to work. Ive issued the upgrade command twice from the SIP Trunk page and nothing happens. Am I doing it wrong or is there a bug?

Windows Server hasn't had a x32/x86 version since Server 2008. Since Server 2008 R2 it has been X64 only.

I cannot find either of those logs in the admin console - where should they be?
(it's a remote instance on Google Cloud)

Anything in the 3cxsbc.log, update.log?

Do you perhaps already have the latest version of the SBC? Did you use a fresh installer from our site or are you using the old installer by any chance?

When I installed over the old pre-16 one I downloaded the installer from the 3CX site. The UI shows 16.0.386 as running, but the update alert at the top alerts an SBC update - which now doesn't show as updatable in the SIP trunk page. V odd!

Ok, in this case might be worth doing a fresh install of your SBC rather than installing over the existing one.
