I just updated my 3CX PBX to v16, and doing so required me to setup a new SBC server running Debian 9.

Because of this, the IP address needed to change - since the old SBC server is used for other things, it needs to keep it's IP address.
  • SBC is showing as connected in Management Console
  • No phones showing up in Management Console
  • Provision IP changed from 192...2 to 192...80 in Management Console
Do I need to reset each individual phone for it to get re-provisioned, or can they be power cycled - or is there any way I can do something remotely to get them connected?

Setup Details:
  • PBX hosted on Google Cloud [Debian 9]
  • SBC hosted on VM in office [Debian 9]
  • Firewall Checker Fails Ports 10600-10998

Just an update on the Ports: Fixed the Firewall Port issue.. don't believe it was related, but figured I'd add it in there anyways.

I managed to manually connect into each phone through it's web interface and reset to factory. I am able to provision my T48S phones, but the T22 phones are not auto-provisioning.

The T22 many need some help, here is how I get them to work
1, in the management console Security Settings, un check SSL/SecureSIP Transport and Ciphers

2 Login the the phone manually, put he provisioning in the phone

Then disable Trusted Certificates

Let the phone reboot, it should provision on reboot

Thanks for the information! I was able to get it figured out with a bit of searching around, and ended up using the exact method that you shared. It also worked for the one T21 phone that I had to setup as well.
