New SLA like parking functionality to allow for easy parking

with snom phones assign the function park+orbit to a function key and enter the value of the park slot, eg. SP0

works very well with snom phones.

Aastra = BLF/Xfer - thank you!
Seems that it recognizes when non Aastras put calls in SP? as well.

Although it seems sometimes the red light gets stuck in the on position...

Our aastra phones BLF also gets stuck a ton
