Hi

deployed a SMB instance in Azure following the guide (https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-azure-marketplace/).
I have uploaded right configuration and the process are all done and dusted. Worth noting that it sends me to update the password which I did

Then it send me to <my_fqnd>.3cx.com.au/#/login
This is where it all falls apart. I tried every possible way to login and even tried to reset my password via my email - didn't work.

I can login to my 3cx portal where I can see the my 3cx instance with greenlights showing it's online.

How do I actually login or maybe reset my password?

SMB is not something you can install. Did you buy a license? Trial?

Thank Steve

I did deployed a SMB version in Azure which is available for free that I know of. Don't think is a time limited Trial. I could be wrong but this is what I see in my 3CX portal.

Hmm that shows as a one year Basic license but 4SC which I didn’t think was available, at least the last time I looked.

Anyway, the default login is ext 100 but requires a unique email address (in this server) to do a password reset. But you said it’s a new server. If the email was invalid and bounces, the 3CX SMTP will block it for a week as I recall. Could that be it?

That is the new free pbx, but not the smb. Smb is only hosted by 3cx and different from the free pbx.
